====== Rides ======

The "Rides" application (AKA Taxi/Capooling) would allow flows below:

  * Assume that someone needs to travel from geolocation A to B, within timeframe X to Y. Budget is Z. Ready to walk up to M minutes. The system would match him to:
      * Taxi driver that looks for passengers in the geoarea
      * Good Samaritan that happen to travel between A to B
      * Bus service that has line between the two points
      * Car leasing company that have a car that needs to be moved from A to B

The scenario above might be extended to cover more cases like these:

  * Need to take parcel at point A and deliver it to B
  * Same for an animal, eldery or child
  * Several passengers from the area want to get to airport and are looking for a shuttle
