Taxi - is not a good term for the application, but I could not find anything better. The “Taxi” application would allow flows below:

• Assume that someone needs to travel from geolocation A to B, within timeframe X to Y. Budget is Z. Ready to walk up to M minutes. The system would match him to:
  • Taxi driver that looks for passengers in the geoarea
  • Good Samaritan that happen to travel between A to B
  • Bus service that has line between the two points
  • Car leasing company that have a car that needs to be moved from A to B

The scenario above might be extended to cover more cases like these:

• Need to take parcel at point A and deliver it to B
• Same for an animal, eldery or child
• Several passengers from the area want to get to airport and are looking for a shuttle
