GMC pods:
Each new pod creates a new group, each message is sent to ALL the pods. The one who its for handles it
when you decrease number of pods, need to delete “orphaned” consumer group: https://wiki.catchmedia.com/doku.php?id=infra:k8:clusters:pap2:building#switching_prod2_farm_to_idle_mode
